These terms govern your use of MMA Router, operated by KAMAKRIPA ENTERPRISES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1.The service

MMA Router is an AI gateway. You create a project, generate an API key, and send requests specifying a category of task (such as text-to-text or text-to-image) and a routing preference. We select a suitable model, call it on your behalf, and return a normalised response.

2.Provider abstraction

Consequently we do not promise that any named third-party model will be available to you, that a given request will be served by the same model twice, or that outputs will be reproducible between requests. If your use case requires a specific, guaranteed model, MMA Router is the wrong tool and you should contract with that provider directly.

Where you pin a specific model and it is active and healthy for the chosen category, we will use it.

3.Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. If you are using MMA Router for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
• Give accurate registration details and keep them current.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• One person or organisation may not operate multiple accounts to evade limits, pricing or a suspension.

4.API keys

API keys authenticate requests and spend your credits. They are shown once at creation and stored by us only as a hash — we cannot recover a lost key, only issue a new one.

• Keep keys confidential. Do not commit them to repositories or ship them in client-side code.
• All usage authenticated by your key is your responsibility and is billable, including usage by anyone who obtains the key.
• Revoke a key immediately if it may be exposed. We may revoke a key ourselves if we believe it is compromised or being abused.
• We recommend setting a per-key credit limit, a per-project budget, and IP allowlisting for production keys.

5.Acceptable use

You must not use MMA Router to:

• create, solicit or distribute child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualises minors;
• produce non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual or intimate depictions of a real person without their consent;
• break any applicable law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• impersonate a real person or organisation deceptively, or create material intended to defraud, including fake identity documents, financial records or reviews;
• generate malware, or content designed to compromise systems or evade security controls;
• produce targeted harassment, threats, or incitement to violence or self-harm;
• run automated disinformation, bulk spam, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour;
• circumvent rate limits, credit limits, allowlists or other technical controls, or probe our infrastructure without written authorisation;
• attempt to identify the underlying provider or model for the purpose of evading clause 2, or reverse engineer the routing logic; or
• resell, sublicense or white-label access to MMA Router without our written consent.

You must also comply with the acceptable-use rules of the underlying model providers, which apply to your content even though we do not name the provider.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use the output, including any disclosure obligations — for example telling your own users that content is AI-generated.

6.Credits, pricing and taxes

• Access is prepaid. You buy credits; credits are deducted as you consume capacity. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
• Prices and the credit cost of a given model may change. Changes apply to usage after the change, not retrospectively to credits already consumed.
• A request that reaches a provider consumes credits even if you do not find the output useful. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• If your balance runs out, requests are refused until you top up.
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated; GST and other applicable taxes are charged as required by Indian law.

7.Your content and output

You keep all rights you already hold in what you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, transmit, process and store it solely to operate the service — including forwarding it to the model provider that serves your request, and retaining usage records as described in the Privacy Policy.

As between you and us, you may use the output for any lawful purpose. Note two real limits: AI output may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions, and output may be similar to output generated for someone else. We make no claim of exclusivity in output.

8.Availability

We aim to keep MMA Router available but do not commit to an uptime figure under these terms. The service depends on third-party providers whose availability we do not control. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or capacity reasons, and will give notice where practical. Formal uptime commitments are available only under a signed enterprise agreement.

9.AI output — no warranty

The service and all output are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.

AI models generate content probabilistically. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive or entirely fabricated, and may misstate facts with apparent confidence. You must review output before relying on it. Do not use MMA Router as a sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, safety-critical or other consequential decisions.

10.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, however caused; and
• our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11.Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of the service, your content or output, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of a third party's rights.

12.Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with notice where practical and immediately where necessary, if you breach these terms, if your use endangers the service or other users, if we are required to by law or by a provider, or for non-payment.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends and clauses 7, 9, 10, 11 and 14 survive. Credits forfeited on termination for breach are not refundable.

13.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date reflects the current version, and we will give notice of material changes by email or in-product notice. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.

14.Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have under consumer law to bring proceedings where you live.

15.General

• If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stands.
• Not enforcing a right immediately does not waive it.
• You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor in our business.
• These terms, with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between us, unless you have a signed agreement with us, which prevails where it conflicts.
